About Ryan
I believe therapy is a space to be curious about the “why” behind thoughts and behaviors. We will work together to discover the answers to these questions, and develop strength of connection in your relationships with others, and with yourself.
I work with adolescents and emerging adults experiencing anxiety, stress, and depression. I also work with those experiencing therapy for the first time: it can be daunting, but I want therapy to be safe, inviting, and challenging to those who want to be here.
I am interested in pretty much everything: books, music, video games, board games, sports, psychology, you name it. I grew up in New Jersey and have lived in Washington for half my life, so I am comfortable in both East Coast and West Coast lore. I have a cat named Cleo but grew up a dog owner.
