JILLIAN OSTLUNDMARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST INTERN
I am trauma informed and have a keen interest in working with people with high intelligence and neurodivergence; people affected by substance abuse; dysfunctional family dynamics; intimacy issues; and childhood trauma. I’d like to help you understand how and why you might struggle, while working towards a healthy sense of self. I strongly believe people can change in meaningful ways with safe guidance and support.

We learn in relationship, and I specialize in helping you understand patterns that lead us to feeling stuck in our lives. I will provide you with a space of acceptance, curiosity, accountability, and cultural sensitivity. My approach is collaborative, and our biggest task will be in helping you find a path towards a life you genuinely deserve.

I consider myself a lifelong learner, and believe people have the capacity for change, as long as they have the desire for change. I would love to support the change you seek, and help you start living a more fulfilling life. Allow me to help guide you towards your true self. Please reach out for a free consultation.
