I work with individuals navigating relationship stress, communication challenges, betrayal, financial pressure, and feelings of emotional disconnection. Relationships can bring up confusion, hurt, and self-doubt, especially when trust is strained or your needs feel unmet. I help clients slow down, gain clarity, and better understand themselves and their patterns in relationships.

Therapy with me is collaborative and compassion-led. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and build practical tools for healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and greater emotional confidence. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, understood, and empowered in your relationships and in your life.

I’m married and a parent of three boys who keep me on my toes. I’m a self-described nerd at heart, enjoying everything from Harry Potter to Dungeons & Dragons and LEGO. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family — whether we’re playing sports, gaming together, or laughing our way through some energetic roughhousing.
