About Arielle

I believe therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you make sense of your story. My approach is warm, curious, and respectful. I’ll invite you to explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, while helping you notice the parts of your story that may need healing, compassion, or a new perspective.

I especially enjoy working with children, teens, emerging adults, and families. I have experience supporting clients through trauma, neurodiversity, adoption-related concerns, boundary issues, and psychiatric concerns. I also have several years of experience working with children and teens in the LGBTQIA+ community, and I can support clients navigating religion-based trauma, infertility, and relationship concerns.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, and writing fantasy stories. When I’m not working, you can usually find me gardening. I also love the great outdoors and spending time with my family and pets.
