Being a human can be hard! Many of my clients are in the midst of life transitions—seeking clarity, connection, or a deeper understanding of who they are and how they show up in relationships. I work with adults, teens, and all types of relationships including couples+ and families. You may be working on family planning, rebuilding trust, managing anxiety, or coping with grief or disconnection. I also support clients exploring the complexities of multicultural or interracial relationships. I have a strong focus on identity and all it can encompass—culture, gender, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. I specialize in working with multicultural and interracial couples, helping partners highlight their unique strengths and work through challenges.
