Do you have a tough time with attachments? I help people navigate past attachment wounds. For individuals, that might mean working through anxiety, depression, major transitions, or relationship issues. Couples often come in to rekindle connection, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier communication. In my groups, we create a supportive space to share, learn, and practice new ways of relating. My style is humanistic: I’m warm, open, and genuinely curious about your story. Wherever you are, I’m here to walk with you on your path of growth and healing.

I am a 50-year-old father to one soon-to-be adult child, one dog who is 10, and a cat that makes random cameos on Zoom. I like to play video games, photograph random things, and read.
