I enjoy working with relational systems because they are multifaceted, especially in multicultural and multiracial relationships where culture, identity, and connection are woven together. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking clarity, closeness, or a deeper understanding of who they are and how they show up relationally. Most people are just trying to figure out how to be themselves and share who they are with the people they love most.

I help my clients tell their stories—family, culture, history, and lived experience—and make connections to all facets of their lives. My work is informed by anti-oppressive and decolonial values. I honor cultural wisdom and hold space for repair, so new narratives can emerge. If you’re looking for a relational therapist who will meet you with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect, I’d be honored to work with you.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me hiking the trails and exploring Washington’s rocky coasts with my husband and beloved dog, Casco. I also dabble in all creative art forms while listening to audiobooks (I love a good story of any genre).
