SHEENA NICOLAYMARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST INTERN
Being a human can be hard! Many of my clients are in the midst of life transitions—seeking clarity, connection, or a deeper understanding of who they are and how they show up in relationships. I work with adults, teens, and all types of relationships including couples+ and families. You may be working on family planning, rebuilding trust, managing anxiety, or coping with grief or disconnection. I also support clients exploring the complexities of multicultural or interracial relationships. Whatever you’re facing, I’m here to hold space with warmth and care to help you navigate life and all the intricacies of being human.

I have a strong focus on identity and all it can encompass—culture, gender, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. I specialize in working with multicultural and interracial couples, helping partners highlight their unique strengths and work through challenges. This work is deeply meaningful to me, both personally and professionally.

I view relationships through a systemic lens, which means I consider the many cultural, familial, and personal layers that shape your story and relationships. My approach to therapy is eclectic and integrative. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect, I’d be honored to work with you.
