MADDIE PRUDENMS, LMFTA
As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping clients uncover their inner strengths and resources to navigate life’s challenges. I provide a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel supported as they gain clarity, build resilience, and foster deeper connections.

I work with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach supports people of all ages, helping families enhance communication, connection, and emotional well-being. My primary therapeutic approach, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, empowers clients to recognize their strengths, build hope, and take actionable steps toward meaningful, lasting change.

In addition, I specialize in working with athletes to enhance mental performance, manage anxiety, and develop the mindset tools necessary for confidence and growth in both sports and everyday life. I help clients overcome mental blocks and cultivate a strong, focused mindset.

I am currently accepting clients in Washington and Arizona. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, develop coping strategies, and strengthen your resilience and relationships. If you are interested in working together, please do not hesitate to reach out by email or phone—I would love to connect!
