CAROLINE BACONINTERN
I enjoy working with military members, spouses, and families, as well as mothers, lactating women, children, and individuals navigating life transitions. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, identity, relationship strain, or the emotional load of caregiving. I have experience working with clients who have experienced trauma and with women in developmental transitions. If you seek deeper connection, emotional balance, and a safe space to process experiences, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and supported as they work toward healing and growth.

I specialize in trauma-informed care for families, mothers, and individuals facing life transitions, stress, or emotional overwhelm. I offer a compassionate, attachment-based approach that honors your lived experience and helps you feel safe, seen, and supported as you heal and grow.

I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re expected to be strong for everyone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just in need of someone to talk to, you’re not alone. I’m here to listen without judgment and walk alongside you.

When you’re ready, I’m here to support you.
