About Clayton

I am providing therapy for individual adults and adolescents in Renton and online. My work starts with accepting you for who you are, so that we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences together without fear of judgment. You may have a specific issue you want to address, or you may want to process big questions about your career, identity, or relationships.

My style is considered person-centered because my focus will be on being authentic and understanding in our conversations. It’s also psychodynamic because I am open to finding the connection between your past and present. Whether we are problem-solving together or processing big questions, I am committed to being genuine and honest.

I was born and raised in Seattle, and after more than a decade in tech, I decided to change careers and become a therapist. When I’m not working, I’m often playing baseball with my son, reading with my daughter, or making another cup of coffee.
