Becoming a therapist was a career change after years as a radio personality. While that work was fun, what I loved most was connecting with people and hearing their stories. Becoming a therapist felt like the most natural next step—and more than a decade later, I still feel honored to witness the stories and systems people carry.
I earned my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University in 2008. My clinical focus is Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I’m Level 1 and Level 2 trained, including advanced training in Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), an IFS-informed approach to couples therapy. IFS aligns beautifully with my systems background, and it continues to shape both my personal growth and professional work. I specialize in helping individuals navigating life transitions and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their future together. My goal is to support clients with compassion, curiosity, and practical feedback as they work through challenges and move toward healing and clarity.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, connecting with friends, collecting stickers (I am still a small child in many ways) and playing very mediocre golf with my husband.
I’m also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and love mentoring new therapists. I currently supervise several team members and meet with them regularly for consultation and professional development
