Hello! As an online therapist in Washington, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate, and I work with couples and families on their communication and attachment styles. We will be navigating difficult conversations together in a collaborative space designed to best help you with your concerns. Therapy is a space to be curious about the ‘why’ behind actions and behaviors, and I am most interested in helping guide people to their own ‘why.’ You are the expert in your story, I am honored to be a witness to it.
I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and stress. Anxiety and stress affect all of us in different ways, and we will work together to find what method of help works best for you. My work focuses on helping people to better understand themselves within the scope of their current lives.
My approach is based on client-centered and the Internal Family Systems model.
I can understand how challenging it can be to take the first step to meet with a clinician. It is my goal for therapy to be an inviting, safe, and challenging space for us. We will develop our relationship with one another and help recognize and transform habits into healthier and more successful opportunities.
