About Iwona

I believe everyone has a story and when we are in the middle of transitions or difficult times, it can be hard to see the bigger picture. My focus is to help you make sense of your experiences, connect the dots between your past and present, and navigate how to move forward.

I especially enjoy working around themes of identity and belonging, whether you are an immigrant, a teen, someone adjusting to a recent medical diagnosis, a newly married couple, or a family trying to keep it all together.

Together, we can explore what matters most to you, develop a clearer sense of self and establish boundaries that cultivate your well-being and strengthen relationships.

I think of myself as a global citizen; I love to travel and tend to get antsy when I’ve stayed in one place for too long. Despite my brisk pace, I love slow Saturday mornings — ideally spent being outside, eating warm pastries, and relaxing into a more whimsical view of life.
