KEZIAH GRINDELANDLMFT
I enjoy working with adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, and feelings of overwhelm. I prioritize compassion, warmth, and curiosity in my practice, and I believe that healing involves understanding the ways that our identities impact who we are and how we’ve learned to cope and survive. I view each of my clients as an expert of their own story and my role as a guide, equipped with tools to help navigate the journey.

My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, and I tailor my approach to fit each individual client through co-creating goals and curiously exploring what works best for each person. I am also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a 12-week therapy designed to assist clients in reducing symptoms of PTSD.

I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel safe and connected to your therapist, but finding the right therapist can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process. Please reach out with any questions or for a free consultation call to explore if we are the right fit!
