JARED ELLEGERMARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST INTERN
Going through a major life transition that brings up anxiety, stress, depression or grief? I have experience working with individuals navigating changes having made one recently myself. I worked in tech for ten years (or whatever it is) and my favorite part of my roles were the people I helped and was surrounded by. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure in your own transition, I offer a grounded, supportive space to explore what’s going on and discover paths toward healing and clarity.

I enjoy working with couples in the premarital, early years or in the thick of parenting young children and all that comes with those adaptations. I love exploring social identity and cultural expectations in your couple and family style. I use approaches based on theory in family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches.

I create a safe space for anyone looking to make positive changes in their life. I want to help couples and families feel connected and secure. If everything you have tried is not working or you just don’t know what to do next, I would love the chance to talk and hopefully provide some clarity.
