Welcome! I am a telehealth Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA) working under the supervision of Lori Kimmerly, LMFT. I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with strained relationships, parenting, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, faith transitions and life transitions.

My work focuses on helping clients better understand their own needs, as well as the needs of their partners or children. I seek to meet you where you are. I often draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I take a client-centered approach and help my clients learn how to build deeper intimacy and connection within their relationships and themselves. My work involves exploring and honoring deep emotions and the important role they play.

Seeking therapy can feel scary and intimidating for many, and I recognize the bravery it requires. I will honor your bravery by providing a compassionate atmosphere where you can continue your healing journey at your own pace. Together, we will develop new perspectives and tools; giving you the confidence of knowing you have everything you need to navigate the winding roads of life.

When I am not in the therapy room, I enjoy being a mom and wife. I grew up in Montana and have a deep love of the outdoors! I love exploring the mountains, whether through hiking or horseback riding. I’ve recently discovered the joyous frustration of being an amateur astronomer with my new Jason 313 telescope!
