About Rosy

Life can feel overwhelming when relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, or major changes leave you feeling stuck or unsure of what comes next. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel heard, and begin working toward the changes that matter most to you. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship concerns, communication difficulties, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and issues related to intimacy and connection. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what you are experiencing.

I am especially passionate about helping people improve communication, navigate relationship challenges, and build deeper connections. Whether you are seeking support for personal growth, a difficult life transition, or concerns within a relationship or family, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy swimming, watching movies, and exploring new places. When I’m not working, you can usually find me relaxing at home with my cats, dogs, and partner. I also love riding with my partner on our motorcycle and spending time with my loved ones.
