About Reuben

I work with trans and queer people navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, overwhelm, and life transitions. You may be longing for deeper relationships, exploring your identity, or feeling stuck between who you are and who you feel you should be. Perhaps you find yourself holding back, struggling with self-criticism, or protecting yourself from getting hurt. If you feel overwhelmed or alone and want to understand the internal conflicts that drain your energy, I would be honored to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion.

As your therapist I will work to help you see and accept even the most difficult parts of you, unlocking your freedom and energy. I do not want to “should” you into behaviors that I think would be good for you. Instead, I want to work with you to unblock what is holding you back from living a life that is meaningful, connected, fulfilling, and joyful.

As a trans man who transitioned from a technical career into therapy, I have experienced my own share of change and evolving self-understanding. I bring that perspective alongside curiosity, compassion, and acceptance.
