Are all your therapists licensed in Washington State?

Yes! All of our therapists are properly credentialed to practice in Washington State. Our team includes:

LMFTs – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists
LMFTAs – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associates (supervised by licensed clinicians)
LMHCAs – Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associates
Interns – Graduate-level clinicians completing supervised training hours

Associates and interns work under the direct supervision of Lori Kimmerly, LMFT, who is also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

Do you offer online therapy sessions?

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients throughout Washington State and Arizona. Online therapy offers the same quality care as in-person sessions with added convenience.

What insurance do you accept?

We are in-network with several major insurance providers including:

For clients without insurance or with out-of-network plans, we offer competitive self-pay rates from $40-130 per session. We can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

What is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that views the mind as naturally made up of multiple “parts” – each with its own perspective, feelings, and memories. Several of our therapists specialize in IFS.

How IFS works:

Identifies and understands your internal “parts” (protectors, exiles, etc.)
Develops a compassionate relationship with all parts of yourself
Heals wounded parts that carry pain from past experiences
Strengthens your core “Self” – your natural capacity for healing

IFS is particularly effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. It’s a gentle, non-pathologizing approach that honors your inner wisdom.

How much does therapy cost?

Our session rates vary based on the therapist’s licensure level:

Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LMHC): $100-130 per session
Associate Therapists (LMFTA, LMHCA): $70-90 per session
Graduate Interns: $40-60 per session

With insurance: Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your plan’s copay or coinsurance. Many clients pay $20-50 per session with insurance.

We believe quality therapy should be accessible. Our sliding scale and intern rates help make therapy affordable for more people.
